**We are looking for an IT Analyst** to join our team and contribute to the efficiency and security of our technology systems. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Previous experience in technical support, hardware and software maintenance, and network administration; * Knowledge of operating systems; * Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and equipment; * Understanding of information security and best backup practices; * Knowledge of databases and SQL language (desirable); * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues; * Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software-related issues; * Perform operational tasks such as technical support, system and network maintenance; * Ensure information security and availability of IT services; * Support integration between systems and tools used by the organization; * Strategically contribute to proposing technological improvements; * Support other departments with agile and effective solutions.
