Focus on profitability and exclusive execution standards Responsibilities: * Execution of construction work to exclusive standards; * Adherence to construction planning and budgeting; * Management of construction projects (renovations and new builds); * Construction project profitability; * Well-sized and integrated construction team; * Oversight of material procurement and third-party or freelance service contracting; * Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all stages of a construction project, from inception to final delivery; * Ensuring construction is executed within schedule, budget, and expected quality. Requirements: * Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in construction project management. * Active CREA registration; * Experience in people and project management.
