Culture of feedback and personal development **Description:** Main responsibilities include: Conducting property inspection services efficiently, accurately, and reliably; analyzing features and conditions of conservation/functionality of commercial and residential properties, both new and used; identifying and observing materials, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations, furniture, and other property items; performing equipment tests, identifying damages, and verifying functionality and general environmental conditions; during exit inspections, performing meticulous comparisons based on prior reports and documents; recording captured information as detailed text with photos for report generation via a tablet application; verifying repairs and discrepancies; training and mentoring new inspectors. Prerequisites: Completed high school education; basic computer skills; valid driver's license and personal vehicle (motorcycle or car); Android smartphone.
