Come build with us programming that connects and transforms! **Responsibilities and Duties** **A day in the life of this professional:** * Coordinate receipt of information from Rede Globo; * Publish and update the programming schedule; * Coordinate and relay programming information issued by the Network’s Coordination; * Update the local schedule; * Optimize daily program placements; * Coordinate the broadcast of free electoral advertising; * Monitor regional audience ratings for RPC and competitors; * Propose and implement corrective actions such as adjustments to promotional spots; * Manage departmental resources, control expenses, oversee corrective actions, and ensure adherence to the budget plan; * Coordinate time slots in the schedule for local programs, journalism, and production; * Coordinate schedule changes; * Coordinate and operate the daily commercial rundown; * Strategically engage with the community—identifying opportunities and promoting partnerships, events, and cultural initiatives that strengthen ties with the target audience and drive regional development; * Ensure RPC/Globo’s on-air quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Social Communication, or related fields.
