




Provide technical support to company employees for equipment, systems, and network resources, including the Internet, through a ticketing tool or chat, where common issues vary, along with some examples listed below: * Creation of credentials for new users * Password recovery * Maintenance of data collectors (Zebra – Honeywell) * Maintenance of desktop, industrial, and portable printers * Issues with WMS label printing * Configuration of IP telephony * Maintenance of the Movidesk ticketing portal (creation of triggers, macros, and service structure) * Among others. Contribute to network management, its resources and equipment (layout changes, network point checks, etc.) Manage network inventory using an inventory system (GLPI), ensuring control, organization, and modernization of the company's equipment park (upgrades), as well as employee satisfaction in using these resources. Ensure equipment configuration, whether for replacements or new employees, following predefined processes established by the headquarters (documentation available). Perform software installation or configuration through ticket-based support and best practices in license usage, ensuring employee productivity. Ensure stock availability of IT infrastructure peripherals, parts, and accessories through inventory systems and parallel controls, guaranteeing resource availability and replenishment. Monitor user base and access (AD) through servers and management tools, ensuring correct and secure execution of employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Monitor Zabbix device and peripheral alerts, as well as backup jobs and replications.
