Support for system evolution and continuous improvement We are seeking a **Developer** with solid experience in **Java, RPA, and AWS Cloud**, to work on the development, analysis, and automation of solutions, supporting system evolution and continuous improvement of business processes. This professional will be responsible for analyzing requirements, gathering specifications, proposing technical solutions, developing integrations and automations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. ### **Responsibilities:** * Conduct system analysis and requirements gathering with business areas; * Prepare technical and functional specifications; * Develop and maintain applications in Java (Spring Boot); * Create and maintain RPA solutions using tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and others; * Develop API-based integrations and support test automation processes; * Work with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL or similar); * Operate in AWS Cloud environments, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, among others; * Collaborate with teams following agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in **Systems Analysis** for at least 5 years; * Solid knowledge of **Java (Spring Boot)**; * Practical experience with **RPA** (Automation Anywhere, UiPath or similar); * Experience in **requirements gathering** and preparation of **technical documentation**; * Knowledge of **relational databases** (SQL Server, MySQL or similar); * Experience with **API-based integrations** and **test automation**; * Experience with **AWS Cloud services** (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.). ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of **Spring Batch**; * **AWS certifications**; * Knowledge of **front-end frameworks**, such as **Angular**; * Experience with **DevOps** and **automation pipelines**; * Experience with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
