Responsibilities ? Receive and attend customers in person, by phone, and through digital channels, presenting vehicles and commercial terms; ? Conduct test drives and present technical features and benefits of the vehicles; ? Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate payment terms, financing, and trade-ins; ? Close sales, overseeing the entire documentation process; ? Prospect new customers through calls, external visits, social media, and referrals; ? Monitor the technical delivery of the vehicle, ensuring service quality; ? Maintain post-sale relationships for customer retention and new opportunities; ? Update and maintain the NBS (sales management system); ? Participate in training on products, sales techniques, and manufacturer policies; ? Follow up on the vehicle preparation process for delivery. **Requirements:** Educational Background Required ? Pursuing a Higher Education Degree Legal Requirements (mandatory) ?
