We are looking for **talent** eager to accelerate alongside us—tackling challenges and exploring new solutions within our **IT Infrastructure** area—and motivated to execute production-related processes with FuelTech-standard efficiency and quality! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Resolve Level 2 incidents related to infrastructure; * Provide technical support and guidance to IT Assistants and Associates; * Administer Windows and Linux servers (physical and virtualized); * Manage backup and recovery routines; * Implement and review firewall rules in accordance with security policies; * Administer internal network access controls; * Plan and monitor infrastructure projects executed by third parties; * Perform technical validation of solutions and services; * Provide technical support for managing and analyzing IT vendor contracts; * Maintain active technical relationships with IT vendors, serving as the operational point of contact; * Support the Procurement department by preparing requests and technical specifications for approved IT equipment and services (laptops, monitors, peripherals, servers, etc.); * Generate and maintain infrastructure-related technical documentation; * Support information security audits and controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in IT, Networking, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience administering Windows Server and Linux servers. * Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and user administration. * Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID environments. * Experience with networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, corporate Wi\-Fi). * Experience with firewalls and security best practices. * Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, and information security routines. * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications:** **** * Knowledge of virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper\-V, Proxmox). * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Experience with ISO 27001-based practices and audits. * Knowledge of ITIL. * Scripting and automation skills using tools such as n8n, PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible. * Knowledge of fiber-optic networks, GPON, ONT, and related infrastructure. * Experience managing outsourced data centers. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Health Insurance \-** Take care of your health with our Doctor Clin (Max) or Unimed health plans; All **equipment and resources necessary** to perform the job; **Flexible Working Hours \-** More flexible hour-compensation system; **Corporate Restaurant \-** Our facility includes a restaurant for employees on in-person and hybrid schedules; **Meal Allowance \-** We provide meal allowance according to employee preference; **Health and Wellness Support \-** Financial support for physical activities; **Transportation Allowance/Fuel Benefit \-** Transportation voucher or, if the employee uses personal transportation, the benefit is converted into a fuel voucher; **Life Insurance \-** Financial assistance and funeral support during difficult times; **Professional Development \-** To support our company’s current expansion phase, professionals are encouraged to grow—thus the company provides financial support for courses essential to professional development. **Language Courses:** Incentive for language development (English, Spanish, or other strategically relevant languages for operations).
