Job Summary: Professional responsible for document preparation and digitization, application of classification plans, and handling physical document consultation requests. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the disposition and disposal of designated documents **W3K is a globally active company recognized for driving corporate governance and digital transformation across organizations—leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and information management services.** **Since 2011, W3K has operated in diverse markets, supporting information governance and scalable business management.** **Your responsibilities here will include:** * Preparing documents for digitization, including removal of metal fasteners and sanitization; * Applying classification plans according to documentary structure, processing them by procedure (folders or document sets); * Responding to physical document consultation requests from client users, when necessary, for documents held by W3K for digitization or storage; * Disposing of designated documents for destruction, including segregation and preparation of disposal protocols; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed High School education; * Basic computer skills; * Brazilian Driver’s License Category B; * Familiarity with scanners and digitization software is a plus. **Key Information You Should Know:** * Employment Type: Temporary (6 months); * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Employment Modality: On-site work in São Leopoldo/RS—a close-knit, collaborative, and energetic team. **Benefits that support you—both at work and beyond:** At W3K, we believe a great workplace starts with caring for people.
