Job Summary:
Professional responsible for planning production, managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**
* Plan the production schedule by conducting critical capacity analysis and resource balancing to meet production targets;
* Analyze and define action plans related to all process KPIs under their responsibility, implementing appropriate measures, leading meetings, and reporting results;
* Maintain a motivating work environment, encouraging technical and personal development while fostering positive team relationships;
* Be accountable for team performance, managing all types of personnel movements and other human resource management procedures;
* Develop training programs to increase productivity, reduce costs, and optimize processes;
* Inspect issues related to safety, scrap, rework, achievement of production targets, and rational use of operational supplies;
* Analyze their assigned processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of factory management and efficiency analysis;
* Familiarity with quality tools and process improvement methodologies (PDCA, MASP, 8D, DMAIC);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI;
* Knowledge of OEE;
* Knowledge of SAP.
* Experience in people management
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Completed bachelor's degree;
* Knowledge of industrial engineering methods (time study/VSM/operational balancing);
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
