




Job Summary: Professional responsible for public service, guidance and sales of veterinary products and services, scheduling of services, and cash register routines at a pet clinic. Guidance and scheduling of medical and aesthetic services **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday \- from 12:40 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour break **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Main Activities:** * **Public service (in-person, telephone, and communication apps);** * Guidance and sales of veterinary products and services for companion animals; * **Guidance and scheduling of medical services;** * Scheduling of aesthetic services (bathing and grooming) * **Collection of payments for services and products purchased;** * **Cash register routines;** * Scheduling and reception of animals for company services (medical consultations, bathing \& grooming, among others); * Customer registration and administrative routines in an integrated customer management system; * Store organization; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in public service; * Loving pets and enjoying working with people; * Motivated by results-oriented goals; * Pet/veterinary-related courses preferred (not mandatory); * Cash register experience preferred Preferably residing in the northern zone of Porto Alegre/RS \- easy access to workplace. * **Availability:** * From 12:40 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. * Works Monday to Saturday. **Compensation:** * CLT employment contract \- 44 hours/week * Salary R$ 1\.926,00 \+ Hazard Pay R$ 303,60 * Meal allowance (restaurant voucher agreement \- Monday to Friday \- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays require self-provided meals / company provides equipped kitchen); Transportation allowance * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance
