Process optimization and cost reduction in warehouse operations * **Team Coordination:** Lead, train, and organize the warehouse team, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities. * **Receiving and Shipping:** Supervise product inspection, receiving, and dispatch to ensure order accuracy. * **Inventory Control:** Monitor inbound/outbound movements, manage inventories (cycle and general), and maintain warehouse organization. * **Optimization:** Analyze processes to reduce costs, losses, damages, and waste, pursuing continuous improvement. * **Data Management:** Record stock movements, monitor inventory levels, and generate performance reports. * **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Communicate with departments such as Procurement and Sales to align requirements. * Knowledge of civil construction materials required. * Working Hours: 08:12 - 12:00 - 13:15 - 18:00. * Meal Voucher: BRL 30.00 per day.
