Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating and adjusting production machines, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment, as well as performing inspections and rework. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and adjustment of production machines 2. Quality assurance and equipment maintenance 3. Cleaning, organization, and sector inspection Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Education: * Elementary School Main Responsibilities: * Prepare, adjust, and operate production machines; * Ensure machine quality through tests, frequency checks, and established standards; * Maintain machine cleanliness and sector organization; * Preserve equipment by performing corrective and preventive maintenance; * Conduct inspections on production parts according to the inspection checklist; * Perform part rework when necessary; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Prepare, change tooling, and perform release as required by process documentation; * Execute daily routines inherent to the process (checklist, control routines, and other records); * Report production output and record production stoppages; * Resolve minor issues with own equipment, requesting corrective and preventive maintenance whenever necessary; * Implement the non-conforming product reaction plan (PSQ\-413\).
