Join one of the most modern hospital complexes in the country, recognized nationally and internationally for the quality and safety of its medical practice and the humanism of its professionals, supported by innovative processes and equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the team’s administrative and operational activities, assisting with document organization, filing, and responding to requests. * Assist with routine office tasks, such as preparing spreadsheets and providing general support. * Participate in specific projects and activities according to departmental needs, aiming to acquire practical knowledge and experience. * Conduct follow-up with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are met. * Assist in updating supplier and product data in the system. * Support the collection of simple quotations for support and office supplies. * Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve team processes and efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program related to this position (e.g., Administration, Accounting, Health Management, among others). * Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior internship or volunteer experience. * Participation in extracurricular projects, courses, or certifications. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits:** * Internship stipend; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance.
