Monitor students' progress and track performance **Grow with us!** **Position: Apprenticeship Instructor** **Location:** Historic Center / Porto Alegre **Responsibilities:** Conduct theoretical training for apprentice youth, facilitate formative meetings, stimulate the development of essential competencies and skills for entering and remaining in the workforce, monitor students' progress. Track attendance and performance, design and implement interactive and reflective activities, and maintain up-to-date pedagogical records. **Salary + Benefits:** R$ 3,300.00 + Transportation Allowance / Meal Voucher R$ 30.00 per day / On-site Cafeteria / Health Insurance / Dental Insurance / Fruit Day / Birthday Day Off. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, schedule to be determined. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Teacher Education; experience in education and working with youth is desirable. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
