Frederico Dahne, 190 – Sarandi, Porto Alegre/RS – CEP 91130\-040 About the Opportunity We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our commercial department, supporting sales routines, customer service, and follow-up of commercial processes. We seek a professional who is communicative, organized, and results-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and commitment to goals and deadlines. Main Responsibilities * Provide customer service via WhatsApp, telephone, and other channels * Support the sales team in tracking orders and proposals * Update information in the system and manage the sales pipeline * Prepare quotations and submit commercial proposals * Handle post\-sales follow-up and maintain customer relationships Requirements: * Prior experience in commercial roles or customer service * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic knowledge of Excel * Organizational skills and goal orientation Preferred Qualifications * Experience in inside sales * Familiarity with CRM systems * Experience with goal setting and commission structures Behavioral Profile * Communicative and persuasive personality * Proactivity and dynamism * Organization and responsibility regarding deadlines * Focus on results * Strong interpersonal relationship skills Benefits Salary: R$ 1\.800,00 \+ commissions Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00 Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal Voucher, and Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance
