Job Summary: A professional to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, optimize Azure infrastructure, monitor cloud services, and promote DevOps culture within an agile and autonomous environment. Focus on continuous learning and career development. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** You will be responsible for: Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (build/deploy), currently using Azure DevOps Optimizing build time (in collaboration with the development team) Assisting leadership in promoting DevOps culture across development teams Implementing automations (Infrastructure as Code) to provision Microsoft Azure services for application hosting (Apps, Databases, Storages) Monitoring the status of active cloud services to detect outages as early as possible and respond both emergently and preventively Optimizing cloud service configurations for cost versus performance Enforcing company security policies regarding cloud services—especially databases (access control, failover, encryption, etc.) THINGS WE’D LOVE TO SEE IN YOU Enthusiasm for DevOps culture Knowledge of cloud infrastructure used for microservices (e.g., containers, messaging, API Gateway, etc.) Experience or familiarity with DevSecOps **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical Requirements Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps Experience with Infrastructure as Code Experience with agile methodologies Appreciation for assuming significant responsibilities and autonomy, regardless of seniority level, academic background, or tenure Commitment to delivery quality Interest in learning and teaching others Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment with multiple concurrent tasks **WORK SCHEDULE:** Flexible hours to be agreed upon **BENEFITS:** Benefits: Horizontal management across the entire company Flexible working hours Long-term variable compensation – ILP (yes, you can become a Pris partner!)
