Human Resources Analyst – A professional responsible for analyzing, implementing, and executing recruitment and pre-selection policies and procedures through internal or external selection processes. • Conduct selection processes. • Plan and deliver organizational training. • Lead performance evaluation processes.
* Assist in implementing and updating organizational policies and procedures. • Lead internal development processes and programs, such as the PDL (Leadership Development Program), for example. • Conduct organizational climate surveys. • Support managers in resolving conflicts by providing guidance and assistance in addressing specific issues arising within teams.
* Participate in meetings with managers to align on staffing and training/development needs. • Register new employees in the timekeeping system. Solid experience in generalist HR. • Educational level: completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
* Psychology, Administration, Management Processes, or HR. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication skills and empathy.
