




Job Summary: Kitchen professional responsible for culinary preparations, assembling snacks and meals, and organizing the buffet, ensuring food safety and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring food safety and hygiene RESTAURANT SEEKING: COOK RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare culinary dishes; assist in assembling snacks and meals; prepare side dishes and salads; blanch vegetables; demonstrate knowledge of cutting techniques; prepare meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, and portioning according to requirements; use griddles to grill proteins and deep fryers for general preparations; assist in supervising dish presentation as well as buffet organization and assembly; ensure food safety and hygiene; and perform other duties related to the position.
