Job Summary: The Senior Engineering Analyst provides technical support to projects, performs analyses, proposes improvements, and ensures the execution of processes and standards, collaborating with various departments. Proposes process improvements and monitors performance indicators **Job Mission** The Senior Engineering Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to departmental projects, performing analyses, proposing continuous improvements, and ensuring the execution of engineering processes and standards. Collaborates cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Safety to ensure efficiency, compliance, and innovation in implemented solutions. **Responsibilities** * Develop and update technical drawings, flowcharts, layouts, and equipment specifications; * Monitor project execution, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and safety; * Prepare quotations and budgets; * Propose process, productivity, automation, layout, or cost-reduction improvements; * Conduct data collection, measurements, capacity studies, and performance analyses; * Contract and monitor technical reports, expert opinions, and engineering documentation; * Provide technical support to internal departments and suppliers during solution definition; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, legal requirements, and internal standards; * Monitor key performance indicators and support continuous improvement action plans (PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Civil, or related fields) or Architecture; * Prior experience in engineering activities, preferably in logistics, retail, or industrial environments; * Knowledge of technical drawing and CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.); * Experience in project management and continuous improvement methodologies; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office; **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT, NRs) and process control; * Experience in project management and continuous improvement methodologies; * Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI).
