Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and operating security systems, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance with physical security regulations at the operations center. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and operation of security systems. 2. Incident management and alarm response. 3. Ensuring compliance with security regulations. * Evaluate, comply with, and require all employees to comply with physical security regulations as stipulated; * Monitor images generated by security cameras strategically distributed across the industrial park and at the operations center to identify incidents; * Report observed incidents at the operations center to physical security personnel, also notifying the involved department so that joint measures may be taken; * Support incident response through surveillance camera monitoring, radio system, telephone, and other means, as required; * Respond to alarms from the alarm central installed at the operations center, identifying the alarm and notifying both the affected area and physical security; * Deactivate and reactivate alarms after incident resolution, including those related to fire, temperature, humidity, and other cases; * Respond to gatehouse requests to activate or deactivate the presence sensor installed on the factory’s exterior, considering guard movements while ensuring the system remains active; * Operate radio transmitters and answer telephone calls, requesting assistance from Fire Department, Police, and Hospitals when necessary due to incidents; * Record incidents occurring during the shift, noting irregularities, authorizations, and permissions for review by the lead security guard; * Maintain radio system functionality by charging batteries and distributing equipment to colleagues in the security area; * Organize and maintain security-related records, such as material entry and exit logs, contractor records, visitor registration sheets, and others; * Adhere to the company’s occupational safety regulations and ensure their observance; * Comply with specifications outlined in quality documentation; * Participate in company development programs as requested; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of machinery, equipment, and the work environment. Support colleagues in the security area (security guards, watchmen, administrative assistants), reporting to the lead security guard.
