His works explore Brazilian religious iconography, using sacramental wine and holy water to reflect on contemporary issues. He has participated in exhibitions at various venues, including Centro Cultural São Paulo (São Paulo, SP), Palácio das Artes (Belo Horizonte, MG), and MAC (Goiás, GO). Among his awards is the 4th Salão Nacional de Pequenos Formatos at the Museu de Arte de Britânia (2024). He lives and works in Anápolis, GO.\nAbout the curator:\nPaulo Henrique Silva (Anápolis, Goiás)\nPaulo Henrique Silva was both student and teacher at the Oswaldo Verano Arts School, maintained by the Municipality of Anápolis (GO), and holds a degree in Visual Arts from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). Since 2004, he has dedicated himself to curatorial work, focusing on the study and research of contemporary art produced in Brazil’s Central-West region. The world they once knew no longer exists, but this former world is unknown to the girl, who does not understand much of the older women's conversations. They are constantly watched by guards who do not speak to them, except to deliver food. These forty people spend their days not knowing whether it is night or day. One day, mysteriously, a siren sounds, the guards flee, and the gates open. At that moment, it is the girl who leads the other prisoners in their escape, only to find themselves in a hostile and unfamiliar place.
