Dynamic environment featuring an educational hub and a gaming arena OPEN POSITION — CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT | PRISMA TECH – MOXUARA HUB (Cariacica/ES) Prisma Tech is launching recruitment for a Customer Service Consultant at our new hub located in Shopping Moxuara, Cariacica/ES. We seek communicative, responsible individuals with a passion for public service. About the Hub From Monday to Thursday, the space operates as an Educational Hub offering in-person classes. From Friday to Sunday, the venue transforms into a Gaming Arena, attracting high foot traffic and hosting events. Responsibilities * Public service and support for students and gamers; * Space organization and assistance with hub activities; * Schedule management, information handling, and general guidance; * Basic operational support for the Gaming Arena; * Representing Prisma Tech with courtesy and professionalism. Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (hiring of 3 people for shift rotation) Working Hours: According to the shopping center’s business hours (assigned per shift day) Expected Start Date: 12/12/2025 Compensation * Salary: R$ 1.650,00 * Benefit: R$ 650,00 in meal/food allowance (iFood Card) Requirements * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity and responsibility; * Availability to work on weekends (6 days on / 1 day off schedule). Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) * Experience in public service; * Interest in technology and gaming.
