Ayko — Together to Transform! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register customers and partners in company systems; * Perform billing activities, including issuing invoices, bank slips (boletos), generating, sending, and tracking bank remittances; * Process payment settlements and monitor accounts receivable; * Conduct bank reconciliation for accounts receivable, ensuring accurate recording of receipts; * Handle administrative tasks related to billing; * Communicate with customers to clarify and resolve billing and collection-related matters; * Organize billing documents and forward them to Accounting; * Cancel or modify bank slips (boletos), when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in accounts receivable/tax and intermediate Excel; * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration or Accounting; * Preferred qualification: Knowledge of Sankhya ERP. **Additional Information** Born as VipRede, **Ayko** is the result of continuous evolution in the IT sector.
