A professional responsible for handling all procurement department routines, covering purchasing processes, supplier management, negotiations, cost analysis and control, as well as ensuring timely delivery and quality of purchased materials. Key Responsibilities: Develop and structure all procurement department processes and workflows, establishing a solid foundation to promote operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Conduct strategic procurement of materials, supplies, and services, ensuring optimal cost-benefit ratio. Develop and manage supplier relationships, including negotiations. Monitor the market to identify trends, new suppliers, and opportunities for cost optimization. Plan and control small-scale inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and avoiding stockouts or overstocking. Receive and coordinate material storage, ensuring compliance with internal and safety regulations. Prepare and analyze managerial reports on procurement and inventory.
