




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and agile Procurement Assistant to support daily operations in the procurement department of an Automotive Parts Wholesaler, optimizing the flow of materials and products. Purchase materials and update product information We are looking for a **Procurement Assistant** to work at an Automotive Parts Wholesaler, providing support for departmental routines and contributing to the efficiency of material and product flow. We seek someone who is organized, agile, detail-oriented, enjoys working with processes, and communicates effectively. **Responsibilities:** * Support the procurement department in all day-to-day demands; * Assist in warranty processes; * Purchase office supplies and consumables; * Perform inventory control and restocking monitoring; * Register and update products in the system; * Provide administrative support to the department when required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role (procurement, warehouse, or related areas); * Basic computer and registration system knowledge (a plus); * Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills; * Must reside in Cariacica/ES. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
