Onboarding Routines: * Request documents, contract signing, and registration in the HR and eSocial systems. * Guide new employees on our policies and values. * Manage benefits enrollment and make our team feel at home! Benefits Administration: * Handle enrollment and removal of benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, transportation allowance, and more! Vacation Activities: * Organize vacation grants, annual scheduling, expiration tracking, and calculations! ️ Time Tracking Activities: * Create work schedules, process time records, and accurately manage the time bank!
