




Job Summary: Responsible for operational team management, activity planning, absenteeism control, and supporting communication between HR and employees, supervising team leaders. Engages in team activity planning, absenteeism control, and alignment of work routines. When necessary, also provides on-site support, directly participating in operations. Acts as the communication bridge between HR and employees, assisting with daily guidance and issue resolution. Supervises two team leaders who support team leadership.
