Compensation * Salary during the probationary period (90 days): **R$ 1\.621,00** * After probationary period: **R$ 1\.714,00** Benefits * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance of **R$ 20.00 per day** (average of **R$ 440.00 per month**) Work Schedule **44 hours per week** * **Monday:** 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour break) * **Tuesday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break) * **Wednesday:** 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (1-hour break) * **Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour break) * **Friday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break) Requirements * Enjoy working with children and adolescents. * Degree in **Mathematics** or related fields. * Basic computer skills. * Organizational skills, good communication, and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in Portuguese and English. * Experience in teaching, tutoring, academic reinforcement, or customer service. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and guide mathematics students during in-class activities. * Grade instructional materials using the institution’s answer keys. * Organize student folders, materials, and documents. * Participate in internal training and professional development sessions. * Study the Kumon methodology and philosophy. * Maintain contact with families via announcements and messages.
