WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Attend delinquent customers, regularizing contracts, receiving and verifying payments, formalizing payment settlements, and reporting information through area controls, ensuring accurate transfer of information and funds; * Support in-person, phone, and/or email service for internal and external customers by providing information, identifying request nature, redirecting to responsible departments, contributing to service excellence within the unit; * Control dispatch and receipt of mailbags by registering document entry and exit, performing sorting, verification, and distribution to comply with department procedures; * Assist in preparing reports, forms, and spreadsheets: collecting data, creating and updating control spreadsheets, drafting reports, memos, documents, and other administrative tasks; * Organize various documents and department files, classifying them according to predefined criteria and archiving in accordance with department procedures to maintain preservation, control, and organization of department records; * Assist management with administrative demands, providing support in controlling and executing activities.
