Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring, managing, and ensuring the operation and performance of IT infrastructure, services, and IT assets, administering projects and defining security policies. Participation in Security Policy Definition **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Monitor, perform corrective actions, analyze, certify, engage third parties, supervise third-party activities, develop technical procedures and manuals, diagnose issues, implement solutions, inventory assets, administer projects, provide support and maintenance, define policies, and ensure the operation and performance of IT infrastructure, services, and IT assets through continuous oversight; Develop and administer hardware and software implementation and maintenance projects, evaluating available market solutions and their alignment with company needs; Participate in the definition of security policies; Maintain hardware and software inventory for IT assets; Ensure information security through corporate backup; Administer antivirus environments, Windows security patches, Corporate Portal, Virtualization Environment, Proxy servers, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, and server hardware; Perform other related tasks. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
