You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.### **Job Summary** Professional responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and technical support on critical data center infrastructure, ensuring continuous system operation and customer satisfaction through accurate execution of technical services.### **Responsibilities** * Perform on-site inspections and monitoring of IBX systems and alarms. * Execute preventive maintenance on site infrastructure or coordinate vendors for such activities. * Support the technical team in preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipment. * Conduct equipment rounds, filling logs and collecting data for alert and alarm response. * Handle customer rack power circuit installation requests. * Install, test, and modify electrical circuits and outlets according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring proper load management. * Use maintenance software to record activities and work orders, following operational procedures (MOPs). * Contribute to ongoing infrastructure projects. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities performed. * Manage and open incidents related to equipment issues. * Support customer satisfaction through timely and accurate execution of technical requests. ### **Qualifications** * Completed technical education in fields related to electrical, electronics, mechanical, or infrastructure. * Previous experience with critical infrastructure or data center maintenance is desirable. * Knowledge of monitoring and alarm systems. * Familiarity with SOPs, MOPs, and work orders. * Ability to work in a team and follow technical procedures accurately. * Organized with attention to detail for activity logging and incident response. * Availability to work on a **1**2x36 shift schedule, during hours 18:00 to 22:00 and 23:00 to 06:00\.
