Organization and follow-up of promotional events **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Plan and execute offline marketing strategies focused on driving foot traffic to stores and strengthening brand presence in served regions. **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and execute offline marketing activities in operational regions; Negotiate and contract media such as radio, outdoor billboards, LED panels, and other out-of-home media formats, ensuring strong brand visibility; Organize and oversee promotional events and activities, including supplier contracting, promotional staff, and all necessary logistics; Develop local partnerships and seek new opportunities for regional brand exposure; Monitor store and campaign performance, proposing improvements when necessary; Manage departmental budget, invoice processing, and supplier payments; Prepare planning and results reports. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in offline marketing, preferably in retail or the automotive sector; Experience in event planning and execution; Experience in offline media planning and negotiation. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Gym allowance, Performance bonus, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
