Ayko — Together to Transform! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the optical fiber technician during optical circuit activation and recovery processes; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on internal and external infrastructure, including equipment related to data transmission such as radios, switches, media converters, routers, and others; * Carry out electrical installations and maintenance during equipment setup and during site outages; * Conduct wireless network testing, supporting troubleshooting activities; * Activate radio-frequency circuits and install relevant equipment; * Assist with other tasks related to circuit recovery; * Perform basic configuration on equipment such as switches and routers, supporting the support team during troubleshooting; * Interact with clients during recovery and activation processes, striving for excellence and satisfaction in service delivery while adhering to best practices and fundamental principles of courtesy and professional service; * Operate company fleet vehicles for necessary travel to perform external activities; * Support other departments within the company; * On-call duty; * Availability for travel and overtime. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Knowledge of telecommunications networks, optical fiber, structured cabling, and electrical systems; * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Additional Information** Born as VipRede, **Ayko** is the result of continuous evolution in the IT sector.
