Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for screening, pre-selection, candidate scheduling, interview facilitation, and supporting recruitment processes and administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. Active involvement in candidate screening and pre-selection 2. Conducting individual and group interviews 3. Supporting high-volume recruitment processes * Screen resumes and pre-select candidates. * Schedule candidates for interviews and recruitment process stages. * Support test administration and grading. * Conduct individual and group interviews. * Assist in organizing and tracking high-volume recruitment processes (operational and administrative). * Maintain an up-to-date talent database. * Support administrative HR routines related to recruitment.
