Scheduling organization and reception area management Provide patient service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience, while supporting the clinic's administrative team. * Receive and welcome patients in person and by phone; * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments; * Organize the clinic's appointment schedule and examination rooms; * Assist with patient registration and updating of patient information; * Route requests and inquiries to the appropriate departments; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area; * Support administrative tasks as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school; Experience in customer service or reception (preferably in dental or healthcare clinics); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills and punctuality; Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, and scheduling systems).
