Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing various auxiliary tasks at construction sites, assisting in building construction, renovation, and building maintenance, while adhering to safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in various stages of building construction and renovation. 2. Active participation in maintenance and protection of facilities. 3. Focus on workplace safety and environmental organization. Responsibilities include performing auxiliary tasks at construction sites: excavating trenches, transporting and/or mixing materials, cleaning and organizing work areas, assembling and disassembling formwork, following instructions to support building construction or renovation; may assist masons, carpenters, rebar workers, and electricians in assembly and disassembly of structures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in wall painting using ready-made products (paints, thinners...), supplies, materials, and accessories such as rollers and brushes, following work instructions to fulfill building maintenance service orders. * Assist in cleaning gutters on administrative and production facility roofs, using ladders and tools to remove debris, in accordance with safety procedures and occupational safety regulations. * Assist in constructing walls, sorting materials, and preparing supplies to help prevent unauthorized access and demarcate company premises. * Assist in sidewalk renovations by identifying damages (cracks, depressions, holes, uneven surfaces) to help protect pedestrians from trip-related accidents. * Assist in constructing foundations for production machinery placement, selecting concrete or metal structures based on machine weight and volume, to withstand vibrations and load, preventing floor cracks and deformations in the factory. * Complete daily maintenance records listing equipment and supplies used, submitting them to the immediate supervisor for updating reports and closing service orders. * Comply with occupational safety regulations, wearing uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), observing normative standards and conduct at the workplace according to company procedures, standards, and legal requirements. * Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by contributing to cleanliness, organization, order, and safety during task execution.
