Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Real Estate Development Analyst to work on real estate development projects, monitoring approvals and architectural designs. Key Highlights: 1. Architectural project development Recanto is hiring a **Real Estate Development Analyst** to work in Vila Velha/ES. We seek a candidate with a degree in **Architecture and Urban Planning** or **Civil Engineering**, possessing a proactive and organized profile, capable of independently managing processes with public agencies and supporting real estate development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Architectural project development; * Hiring, reviewing, and integrating complementary projects; * Monitoring of approvals from public agencies; * Supporting the preparation of projects and documents required for financing applications with Caixa Econômica Federal. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate knowledge of legal compliance and real estate development (preferred); * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Proactivity in independently managing real estate projects; * Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with public agencies; * Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. **Benefits:** * Competitive market-based salary; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * WellHub (Gympass). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Location:** * Vila Velha/ES
