




Verify material movements entered into the ERP system in order to maintain inventory levels. Generate reports and spreadsheets for scheduling control and material fulfillment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Issue reports generated through the system; * Issue transfer invoices; * Control material returns and transfers using spreadsheets; * Fill out material entry and exit control spreadsheets; * Manage control of orders made incorrectly and rejected materials; * Prepare weekly inventory level control reports to enable necessary reallocations between units; * Receive invoices, verifying them against received materials according to standard procedures, and input this information into the system; * Conduct verification of discrepant materials in the system; * Perform blocking and unblocking of rotating inventories and materials requested by customers in the ERP system. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma; * Experience in logistics or warehouse areas; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
