Come showcase your talent!”** **Become the protagonist of your own journey! ✨** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Identifying and collecting relevant data from various sources, such as internal databases, external sources, spreadsheets, etc.; * Cleaning and organizing data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis. This may involve removing duplicates, correcting errors, and standardizing formats; * Creating interactive reports and dashboards enabling end users to clearly understand data and make informed decisions; * Analyzing trends, patterns, and insights within data to identify performance improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making; * Using query tools to extract specific information from datasets, meeting user requirements; * Continuously maintaining BI processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and efficient performance; * Providing training and support to end users to ensure optimal utilization of available tools and reports; * Evaluating and implementing new BI technologies and tools to enhance data analysis efficiency and effectiveness; * Guiding efforts to understand end-user needs and deliver solutions that add business value. **We expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in: Computer Science and Technology, Business Administration, or Production Engineering with skills in technology or computer science; * **Certifications:** **Required courses:** Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Python course; **Desirable courses:** Conflict management, Statistics, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Communication & Data Visualization; **Specific knowledge:** ANATEL, CDC, LGPD, and Customer Service; * Teamwork; * Problem-solving skills; * Professional ethics. **Our benefits include:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * TCM Plan. **Working hours:** * 44 hours per week.
