If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving connectivity challenges, and want to grow in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you. **Become the protagonist of your own career path!** ✨ **Your responsibilities will include:** * Engaging vendor and third-party support; * Analyzing and evaluating product functionality and performance, as well as certification processes; * Analyzing service-level parameters, capacity indicators, and performance metrics; * Configuring connectivity equipment (e.g., routers, access points); * Building test environments; * Consulting technical documentation; * Documenting service levels and incidents—including problems and resolutions; * Preparing technical reports; * Issuing technical opinions to clients; * Providing information on diagnosed issues to other departments; * Supporting project development; * Supporting departmental use of computing and connectivity resources; * Identifying and resolving system faults; * Implementing network projects; * Installing and configuring software and hardware; * Installing computing and connectivity resources (e.g., servers, switches, routers, OLTs); * Training end users on telecommunications systems; * Inventorying software and hardware; * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computing and connectivity resources (e.g., servers, switches, routers, OLTs); * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and climate control resources (e.g., air conditioning units, UPS); * Measuring and verifying operational conditions using instruments; * Monitoring system performance; * Conducting technical reviews; * Running simulations in controlled environments; * Testing computing resources for certification; * Auditing service orders reviewed by Level 2\. **We expect you to have:** * Technical or Technologist degree in Computer Networks, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering; * Professional council registration: Eligible; * Certification: MTCNA; * Eligible courses: Structured Cabling, Microcomputer Assembly and Maintenance, FTTH Course, Informatics, Customer Service, and Professional Ethics; * Desirable courses: MTCRE, NR10, NR35, MTCUME, CCNA, LPIC\-I; * Specific knowledge: ANATEL, Consumer Protection Code (CDC), LGPD, and Customer Service; * Driver’s license type: A/B; * Decision-making ability; * Analytical mindset; * Teamwork skills; * Aptitude for microcomputing; * Self-control. **Our Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * TCM Plan; * University partnership programs. **Work Schedule:** 12/36\. **Shift:** Night shift.
