**Position – Junior Financial Analyst** **Job Description** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Collect service monthly fees via email, WhatsApp, and phone. * Maintain excellent customer relationships, demonstrating fluency and negotiation skills. As this is administrative collections from recurring customers, a combination of empathy and firmness is essential to understand and resolve financial issues. * Send issued invoices and payment reminders; manage delinquency, focusing on keeping it as low as possible; handle customer inclusion, consultation, and exclusion in credit protection agencies. * Record requests for adding new vehicles to be monitored. * Process contractual cancellation requests. * Clarify customer inquiries regarding services, payments, due dates, etc. * Verify registration documents and manage contracts. * Complete spreadsheets for internal controls. * Provide support for other finance-related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills, negotiation fluency, and attention to detail. * Undergraduate degree – currently enrolled or in progress. * Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Savassi. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * **Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$ 26.00/day worked), transportation voucher, health insurance (50% covered by the company, 50% by the employee). * **Salary:** R$ 2,500.00.
