Job Summary: An operational professional to develop, implement, and provide support for information systems—including customizations and RPA bots—as well as participate in project analysis and monitoring. Participation in system implementation and support **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT 1\. Participate in demand analyses from all departments regarding the implementation or improvement of information systems. 2\. Develop less complex systems, including customizations for clients as required by each project’s specific needs (implementation or maintenance). 3\. Monitor and participate in system implementation, coordinating with the Operations team and tracking scope and schedule adherence. 4\. Support validation testing of projects together with requesting departments. 5\. Assist users with questions regarding system usage or requests for system improvements. 6\. Respond to user-initiated service tickets to resolve inquiries, requests, incidents, and system improvements, etc. 7\. Monitor and manage support for live systems, as well as platform migrations. 8\. Participate in drafting system manuals and procedures. 9\. Stay updated on technological innovations (internal and external) and changes related to tax, legal, and managerial requirements. 10\. Develop and implement RPA bots **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering. * Prior experience with RPA tools such as UI Path and Power Automate, and a portfolio of RPA development projects.
