Job Summary: This professional will supervise and organize cleaning and maintenance services, managing teams and resources to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as the interface and strengthen relationships with clients Supervise and organize cleaning, sanitation, maintenance, and other related operations for a specific client. Monitor staff allocation, material flow, products, and equipment to ensure the financial performance of the contract under their responsibility. Guide the team to improve service quality for the client. Act as the liaison between the company and the client, strengthen their relationship, and identify client needs. Possess knowledge to resolve most issues in this area. Work under general supervision, requiring guidance at certain stages of the activity.
