**The services will cover the following activities:** **\* Water Resource Management:** Recording of water consumption; well flow rates and control to meet targets; monitoring, analysis, and water sampling conducted by a contracted company; tracking of results, sampling, and treatment of effluents; control of water use permits (outorgas) and associated conditions. **\* Chemical Products Management:** Analyses for approval of purchases of controlled products (prohibited and restricted); monitoring of usage across departments and compliance with internal and legal procedures on this subject; **\* Waste Management:** Issuance of Waste Transport Records (MTRs), data entry, acceptances, regularization, and control of Waste Disposal Forms (CDFs) in the Vertown system; issuance of invoices; requesting and monitoring waste collections at facilities; tracking waste generation across departments; engaging Alternative Revenue sources for disposal and sale; \* Preliminary response to environmental incidents; \* Accompanying inspections conducted by lessees and environmental agencies (if required) at the facility; **\* Contract Management:** Meetings to align requirements, mobilization, document regularization, contractual measurement, and monitoring of invoices; **\* Atmospheric Emissions Management:** Monitoring of the company conducting air quality, noise, and vibration analyses and controls; black smoke measurements; emissions inventories; **\* MA Indicators:** Receiving, controlling, and managing environmental performance indicators (water, waste, permit conditions, Legal Reserves [RL], etc.); **\* Pest Control:** Aligning requirements with the pest control contractor, initiating service requests, and monitoring field activities; **\* Environmental Education Management (PEAT):** Disseminating Environmental Action Plans (DEAs), monitoring and encouraging team participation; participating in PEAT initiatives (meetings, campaigns, etc.); Minimum 2 years of experience Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) Willingness to travel Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Residence in Tocantins state, preferably in Palmas or Porto Nacional Work location: VLI’s Porto Nacional Integrated Terminal (TIPN) Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Technology in Environmental Management
