Here, we build lasting careers and strong relationships. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Audit expenses and financial entries; * Analyze budget vs. actual variations; * Validate financial processes and compliance with internal policies; * Prepare reports and dashboards in Excel/Power BI; * Identify risks and propose improvements to internal controls; * Monitor financial and operational indicators; * Support internal and external audits; * Interact with internal departments to collect data and align information. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in finance, especially in expense control and analysis; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI, ERP systems (preferably TOTVS CONSINCO); * Knowledge of budget planning (budget vs. actual); * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational sense; * Proactive and communicative profile, focused on results and meeting deadlines. #### **Benefits:** * Monthly merit-based bonus linked to department results; * Bradesco Dental Plan; * Hapvida Health Plan, 50% covered without copayment; * Birthday Kit for employees to celebrate with family; #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| totaling 44 weekly hours. * Saturdays on rotating schedule.
