It is through this combination of efficiency and collaboration that we build technological solutions that accelerate business growth. **Join us to transform challenges into opportunities!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable .NET applications, with a focus on quality and performance. * Participate in the continuous evolution of software architecture, proposing improvements and solutions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across product, design, and QA to deliver solutions aligned with business needs. * Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive technical feedback. * Diagnose and fix bugs in production environments. * Support the reliability of CI/CD pipelines. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to improving internal processes. **Technical Skills** * 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework). * Solid understanding of software architecture and best development practices. * Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and familiarity with non-relational databases. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar). * Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating systems. * Knowledge of automated testing (unit and integration tests). * Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban). * Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript). **Behavioral Profile** * Clear and objective communication, with the ability to share knowledge, align technical expectations, and collaborate across different team areas. * Proactivity and collaborative attitude—anticipating problems and actively contributing to their resolution. * Analytical thinking applied to solving technical challenges, always data-driven and grounded in best practices. * Openness to feedback and continuous learning, seeking growth in language, tools, patterns, and approaches as required by the project. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Certifications related to the .NET ecosystem or Azure. * Prior experience with SaaS products and/or international projects. * Intermediate or advanced English for technical communication.
