Manage and develop the team We are hiring an **Operations Supervisor** to work at an airline catering company located at **Porto Alegre Airport**, responsible for producing sophisticated meals and snacks served during flights. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the operations (transportation) team, ensuring timely execution of activities on the airport ramp without causing delays in deliveries, security procedures, or daily flight schedule adherence; * Invoice control; * Ensure additional supplies are replenished whenever necessary; * Manage the team, supporting development and conflict resolution.
