Control all process stages until delivery to warehouses REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Student majoring in International Trade or related fields. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Support import process stages, ensuring timely completion; * Monitor cargo loading, document approval, and follow-up with suppliers and freight agents; * Update and maintain the control system with an up-to-date database of all processes; * Verify and record invoices and payment documents; * Provide product- and process-related information support to the sales department; * Handle process clearance and control all stages until delivery to warehouses.
