About the Role: We are seeking a Copywriter to join our creative team. If you enjoy transforming great ideas into compelling copy that connects brands with people, possess a keen eye for trends, and love collaborating in a team environment, this role may be perfect for you! Responsibilities: \- Develop creative and persuasive advertising copy for campaigns across various media, including print, digital, social media, and more. \- Adapt tone of voice and messaging according to brand identity and campaign objectives. \- Contribute creative insights during brainstorming sessions and creative workshops. \- Serve as a reference for junior copywriting team members; review and edit produced copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. \- Provide constructive feedback to improve the quality and impact of creative materials. \- Conduct market and trend research to understand target audiences and adapt content as needed. \- Stay updated on new techniques and best practices in advertising copywriting. \- Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, media planners, and other professionals to ensure creative integration and consistency across campaigns. \- Create reports and presentations of results for clients. Requirements: Experience as an advertising copywriter in advertising agencies or companies in the sector. Proven track record creating effective and relevant advertising content for diverse platforms and formats. Desirable: 3–5 years of experience (pleno) and 1–3 years of experience (junior) as an advertising copywriter in advertising agencies or companies in the sector. Additional Information: Positions available in RS and SP. Hybrid model: 3 days remote and 2 days onsite. Creative, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
